Payroll Services would like to remind you that direct deposit is available to all Rutgers employees, including students. Please encourage those in your departments who have not enrolled for direct deposit to do so as soon as possible.
Direct deposit is an easy and reliable way for all employees to electronically transfer their net pay into a checking and/or savings account at the same financial institution, thus eliminating the need for a paper check. There are no checks to lose! Employees will still receive an advice notice which is similar to a pay stub documenting their gross and net pay along with their withholdings, deductions and bank information.

IE8 is currently not a supported browser for Oracle's E-Business Suite (RIAS). Certification by Oracle is underway.
It is strongly recommended that you continue to access RIAS using an Oracle supported browser. A list of supported browsers can be found on the RIAS website under System News, called Operating Systems and Browsers certified to use with the RIAS Application, Discoverer and REX. Unfortunately if you choose to use IE8 and experience a problem, Oracle will not provide support and we are unable to address these issues until it is certified.
Chart of Accounts Attribute Added
A new reporting attribute called ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009) Indicator has been added to the data warehouse for use with Discoverer reports. This attribute will be used to track ARRA stimulus funds award and to comply with reporting requirements under the ARRA Act.
