  6. What does this mean for Rutgers employees?

We will be altering the way we do business by eliminating paper and engaging employees in managing their own data and offering greater control over personal information. The manual paper processing of payroll authorization forms (PAF), personnel data records (PDR), time reports and salary reallocations will be eliminated. There will be online approvals and routing of this information and access to this data will be timelier.
